Binance Together Initiative - Paid $2k of $6,238 Loss, Claiming $4k-$6k Owed (Case #14908717)

Hey everyone, I want some recommendation or backup. On 10/10/25, I used to be liquidated $5,240 (acquired $2,00Zero again) + $997.98 in my subaccount (complete $6,238) resulting from a system error through the USDe/BNSOL crash. Binance’s Collectively Initiative (introduced 14/10/25) promises $four,000-$6,00Zero USDC for losses >30% of my 9/10 snapshot, and my loss clearly qualifies. CS (Case #14908717) says $2,000 is all I get based mostly on "multiple elements," ignoring the subaccount and the complete quantity. I’ve been pushing for days, however they closed my chat and now dodge with appeals till 11/13/25.

I demanded $4,000 by 1:00 AM AST as we speak (19/10/25), however no response. Planning to tweet u/binance and u/cz_binance with proof. Has anybody else gotten the complete $4k-$6k? Any tips to escalate? Proof: [link to announcement if allowed, or describe it]. UID redacted for privateness.
