BIP39 seed tool

Hi all, with all the noise about entropy concerns, I thought I would vibe code a tool that allows you generate your own seed.

It supports dice roll to add to the random generation as well as pass phrase.

It's a completely off-line tool and in clear HTML so you or your trusted AI tool can check if there is any suspicious about it.

Just make sure you have a clean PC and go off-line for extra precautions.

Download from my link above in case someone decides to change the code. Always get the HTML checked if downloading a fresh copy anyway.
