Why are you saying that I withdraw the case cause I cant not have rights for refund with the money that I disputed?

I've a dispute funds since 2025 and the funds is confirmed the nonetheless freeze in other celebration account, and the other get together is just not displaying because the day I filed dispute trigger he know he is scammer. I've police report and Lawyer request to release funds but nonetheless binance did not release my funds, as an alternative they disable my account, then lately I chat to binance help they usually stated I cant get well the funds as a result of I withdraw the report or dispute claim, good are they loopy ? I ask them my video saying that I withdraw my report but they cant provide me. so which means they've interest on the money?
