I suspect CS guys to be lazy or incompetent

My P2P dispute is operating since every week. Counterparty by no means replied apart from once. But offered no valid proofs. Binance Workforce simply extends the timer with 6hrs everytime. Once I ask what number of occasions they r gonna prolong, they reply something copy n pasted.

I'm feeling soo helpless, I typically feel like going to the counterparty and beat the heck out of him.

Is that this Regular .?
