This is ridiculous

Do you guys have concept why this happened? This is ridiculous, absurd. If my account was underneath evaluation which they didn't provide any type of info of why my account out of the blue underneath evaluate. I contact help they usually just inform me wait and no some other info. Like if they wouldn't let me withdraw my cash why did they let me deposit money in the first place? Did any of you had this example? What happened or what is the worst case state of affairs. That is my lease money they usually just bluntly inform me to wait.
