We run a low difficulty Bitcoin mining pool called HMPool (HashedMax Unity Pool) and we run a rewards program that's a little different from what most pools do. Instead of rewarding on pure hashrate, points are based on "uptime" so an ESP32 mining at 1 MH/s earns fairly alongside a full Bitaxe or S19.
